TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

Olivia’s World is committed to providing customers with an excellent shopping experience.

Every effort is made to maintain the prices quoted on this website, but occasionally prices may vary for a variety of reasons. In this instance we reserve the right to discontinue any item from this website and change prices as and when necessary.

We do not currently charge VAT. When we do, prices shown will include any applicable VAT.

Please note that the sizes (to fit) indicated for our garments are approximate and for guidance only.

All Special Offers are only valid as long as stocks last.

 

Shipping and Handling

It is our policy to offer free delivery anywhere in the UK mainland.

Our delivery service will require a signature on delivery. 

 If you provide your e-mail address you will be able to track the parcel yourself.

 

Delivery Schedule

If goods are in stock we will despatch them the same day, providing your order has been received before 2pm. 

Within the UK we use Parcelforce and The Post Office. The goods will be on a 3 - 5 working day service, unless a next day delivery has been requested.

Next day delivery is available on request at an additional cost.

If the goods are not in stock you will be informed immediately as keeping our customers informed is very important to us. We try and keep our website up to date, however sometimes the stock levels can get depleted quickly. 

In case stock is not available and we cannot get it to you in the required time scale then a full refund will be given.

 

Payments

We use secure payment system via PayPal.

We do not have the ability to view any of your card details, these are encrypted. We only have the ability to view the amount paid, and to refund, but not to take additional money. Therefore your security is assured.

 

Returns Policy

Any goods which do not meet with your expectations must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt in an unused, undamaged and unsoiled condition with the original tags still attached.

It is the customers obligation to ensure the goods are returned to us and we suggest that they are fully insured with your carrier, as this will cover you if the goods are lost in transit.

We will not refund postage of returned goods, unless they are found to be faulty, and in which case we will refund the postage in full.

Any goods found to be faulty should be returned for our inspection immediately. Where necessary the item will be returned to the manufacturer for testing. In these cases 28 days must be allowed for the manufacturer to comment and get back to us. At this point the manufacturer may rectify the goods if they have been already used, or may replace them. Postage fees will be reimbursed if the goods are deemed damaged.

Customised products and special “non stock” items that are specifically ordered are non-returnable. A refund can not be given on sale items, but they can be exchanged for other items.

 

Returns from Overseas

In every case of goods returned from overseas the parcel should be marked

 "Goods Return to Vendor" 

This should also be included on any customs documentation if a declaration is required. 

Failure to comply with the above returns guidelines may result in you incurring customs and carrier handling charges on entry into the UK. Any costs incurred by us will be deducted from the refund.

Inside the parcel please enclose a note specifying if you would like a refund, or details of the goods you want in exchange. You will have to pay the our additional shipping costs to resend the parcel to you.

You will be credited when the returned goods have been received by us.
